Company Group Services is a specialised ex-forces support company developed by service leavers. Dedicated to helping individuals transition from military service to civilian careers, whilst also supporting the military with AT and Sport planning. We acknowledge the skills and attributes which allow military leaders to enter civilian employment at a level which is reflective of experience within the services. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the unique skills, experience, and leadership qualities possessed by ex-forces personnel and the requirements of the corporate world.

At Company Group, we understand that transitioning to a civilian career can be challenging, especially when aiming for advanced positions. We aim to provide comprehensive support and guidance to ex-forces professionals with an exemplary record of service, empowering them to leverage their military background and successfully enter the industry at the managerial level.
